This informational website may receive ordinary technical request data from its hosting provider. If clinical enrollment opens, the assessment will disclose what information is collected before submission.
Clinical service providers
Clinical workflow services may be provided through an Eternal Springs telehealth partner selected for the requested program and patient location. Pharmacy fulfillment may involve an eligible connected pharmacy when a licensed clinician issues an appropriate prescription. The applicable provider and pharmacy privacy practices may apply to information they receive.
Operations dashboard
The internal operations dashboard receives order and service-status information needed to coordinate care. It is designed not to receive names, contact details or clinical histories from the public website.
